Flair automates calls for any lead that meets three criteria: it comes in via email, arrives during business hours, and includes a phone number. This ensures we're only automating calls for leads that can be immediately acted upon.

How does secret shopping work?

Flair creates a virtual secret shopper complete with a realistic name and functional email address and phone number. You can submit this virtual lead to any community you want to test, and Flair will generate a comprehensive report showing exactly when and how many calls, texts, emails, and voicemails were attempted. The system automatically calculates response times for each communication channel (for example, "72 hours to first call follow-up"), giving you clear visibility into your team's follow-up performance.

Do you integrate with my CRM or PMS?

No integration is required. Flair's automation is designed to work after leads have already entered your CRM and PMS systems, functioning as an additional layer that automates the critical first call follow-up. When a successful call follow-up has been completed, your team will still need to log the interaction in your CRM as usual.

Is there a setup fee or minimum contract length?

Our initial contract is 60 days, after which it converts to month-to-month for maximum flexibility.

What happens if my leasing office doesn't answer Flair's call?

If they miss the call, they can simply follow up with the lead as they normally would and handle it through their CRM when they get to it. Alternatively, you can enable a retry feature that attempts the call again at a custom interval (such as 30 minutes later).
